We do not require that you meet a certain number of hours of volunteer time. We want you to know, however, that the ways you can help us are vast! We not only will greatly appreciate the help (it takes many hours to maintain a well designed Montessori classroom) but we look forward to getting to know you better. Plus the children adore having their family members visit. We have scheduled a volunteer evening in September to better explain our needs:

• Making materials
• Planning field trips
• Calling families to remind about snack
• Playground duty
• Reading with the children
• Sharpening Pencils
• Be a visiting specialist
• Washing rags and cups
• Helping to organize events
